1Connect: Our process starts off with a personal phone call, face time, or zoom meeting. We find out who YOU are, What YOU are looking for, and exactly what YOU need.
The JORDAN KLEIN Process
2 Dream: Together, we draft your Wish list. Your wish list will consist of verbal descriptions and adjectives, images, likes, dislikes as it pertains to your unique piece of jewelry.
3Budget: We get down to business. Jordan discusses budget and timeline to ensure he’s pulling the right stones for each individual client. No budget is too small or too large, every client has the right budget.
4Sample: We host an in-person meeting where you can come into our office, kick your feet up, and have some fun exploring the diamonds that have been pulled for you! We offer a private office setting, free of sales personnel, full confidentiality.
5Create: The creative process begins! We take your wish list, combine it with stones you selected and begin the exciting process of designing your vision. *For engagement rings and high-end pieces, CAD + Renderings are offered and edits are made before your piece is physically created.
6Enjoy: We meet again to reveal the final product and ensure that it is exactly what you want before heading out. You can send us photos to share with our social media community and keep an open line of communication for future cleanings, repairs, updates, or upgrades.
